Built from real
operational experience
Fuenmayor Industries was founded after seeing firsthand how much time businesses waste on processes that software should handle. Too many companies — especially in regulated industries like healthcare, staffing, and financial services — are running critical operations on spreadsheets and manual workarounds that break the moment something changes.
The company grew out of building a full multi-application internal platform for A & Associates — a government-facing business in Florida — from the ground up. That project covered payroll reconciliation, workforce management, security operations, and CRM, all under one connected system. It worked. It still works, in daily production use.
That experience shaped how we approach every engagement: understand the business first, then build exactly what it needs.

The Founder

Miguel Fuenmayor founded Fuenmayor Industries with a background that spans healthcare, biochemistry, and full-stack software engineering — a combination that's rare and directly relevant when building software for regulated industries.
Before founding the company, Miguel served as Project Manager and sole Software Developer at A & Associates, where he architected and built the company's entire internal software infrastructure from scratch. That platform continues to run in daily production.
